Awesome Raya :)

Syawal 1st & 2nd

Its a routine for my little family to spend our first Raya at Baling, Kedah. Raya in kampung, always the best! Malam Raya would be a sleepless night - mercun bola meletup sentiasa - babies will be screaming, grannies will be cursing, children gets excited, me? Pening kepala +_+ Every year my grandpa will bakar lemang, but this year, my Pakcu did it, and the lemang were perfect!

Unfortunately, Baling is having clean water shortage. We were out of water. Nak masak pun x da air.. Janji Ditepati??? yeah.. the problem isn't for a day or two, it has been like that for months.. Because of that, all the guys - my uncles, cousins - had to go to the river nearby for bath and brought back some water to cook - like old days..

Syawal 3rd & 4th

Went to Megat Dewa, Kodiang - also in Kedah :) It's quite calm and quiet here - Only when the rascals are asleep though. 4 Small cousins, 8 (or was it 9?) small, really small and loud and naughty nephews and niecessss.. Semua orang busy sebab these small creatures.. haha. We had some barbeque and firework show during the night - it's an awesome tradition in the family :) The next night, we went to Kuala Perlis for some delicioussss seafood! Yummm.

Syawal 5th

Its my school reunion!!! Been looking forward for it. We had our reunion raya at Hotel Seri Malaysia, Kepala Batas - our childhood hometown :) Around 60 people came and it was fantastic! Some I didn't recognized anymore, the girls were looking so 'women', haha. The guys were all getting taller and skinnier??? I was amazed. I was very happy to have finally meet the 'gang'.. all at once..
