It's a goal!

So, i've been doing nothing lately. Since I've finished my bachelor's degree, many asked me
"Where are you heading next? Are you gonna work or continue your studies?".

I didn't know what to answer then. Now, I do.

I want to continue my studies. What? Really? Have you thought it through? Haritu cakap dah serik buat thesis research semua... la ni kata nak belajaq balik?

Hehe.

Well, the fact that I loathed research and thesis thing still valid... And because of that, I decided to find masters degree by coursework! :)

Now the question is, the courses... I love language and linguistics, but I have to berpijak di bumi yang rata, I mean, in the country there isn't much opportunity in that field.. hard to get a job later.. so after thinking and browsing through websites I finally found the one course studies which had absolutely caught my attention, my interest, my heart... hehe..

I'll give a hint, it has something to do with communication and business...

The best part is, the University is somewhere I've been wanting to go... Sydney! Ahhh, how great it would be if I could study there!

Next is of course the preparations... haaaa... this is the tricky part. I need to take the IELTS which probably gonna cost me RM 500plus.. I dont mind it, it's just that I'm currently unemployed so...

With that being said, I've also decided to work before I went ahead with the above angan-angan... I know that it will take me years to earn enough fund for the 1year study, therefore I've surveyed some scholarships, fellowships etc. And I'm positive that money wouldnt be a problem... but, I want to at least have some pocket money to spare.

I did not plan this alone though. This is a plan I have with a friend of mine. We planned to go together though the area of studies will be slightly different.. She said that she'll be working at least for a year, so I planned to follow her suit.

I have another option though, if Sydney is tooo much of a bothersome.. which I pray it will not be... the local University also offered almost similar course to the one I have my heart on... the thing that made me reluctant to study in the country is that most postgraduate studies are by research.. which let me remind you, I loath it!
