The furthest wedding i've attended (and no idea who the bride and groom were)!
Sssooo,
I've attended a wedding.
It was held so far away from my home, johor bharu baharu ?? Whatever.
And i have never met the bride or the groom.
Hehe. It was just an excuse for me to meet up with some friends and to travel on my own, without my parents. Hehe. And it was fun!
The wedding was my friend's sister's wedding. Got it? We thought that we could 'lajak' to the lion city singapore, but the friend was busy with the wedding and some of us (me especially) do not have extra money to spend.. so we just stick to malaysia.
It was kinda an adventure for me. The journey was loooong. But i loved it.
It started from thursday night. I took a train at around 11 pm. An hour later, a friend Eha joined me. It was almost 2 months? that we havent seen one another, but it felt like years, haha! Thus, we started chatting, well to be exact I, me, 'nega', ana, the one whom unable to stop talking... hehe.
So after some catching up, we finally had our sleep. The next morning at around 7am we arrived at KL Sentral. Washed up, had subuh prayer, breakfast @McD and we went to the ticket counter and bought ourselves tickets to head home. Yeah, thats it. We head home.
Nah. Just kidding. We bought tickets for us to go home, monday night. The best part is, we got the beds! Yuhooo!
After that, we took the commuter, and i have to say that i kinda miss the commuter rides that i took everyday during my internship. Memories kinda playing in my mind like i was flipping through pictures, old pictures in my mind. We took the commuter to Padang Jawa.
And we took a taxi to our beloved campus, and straight ahead to the menara. The taxi driver was kinda puzzled. I mean, he saw two girls with luggage, normally the destination should be college or a house, not a building where people are working not sleeping or living in... well, we're not ordinary girls. Haha.
Went to menara. It felt awkward to pull my luggage in the middle of the foyer, but whatever. We went to the konvokesyen counter and after a few minutes of waiting, we got it! The official academic transcript! However, i was not satisfied. I mean, i paid, well hazreen did on behalf, paid rm10 for 2 pieces of papers that i think were not worthy of rm10! It was so thin and 'lembik'. My foundation transcript was thick and looked more 'official' than these... oh well, i guess business is business...
Then, we called our dear friend, whom some of our classmates refer her as a mysterious one, Syira! She's such a sweet girl. And i admire her being so independent and hardworking. She took us and we went for lunch! Yes! Yahuuuu! We had some ayam penyet which i have longed for quite some time.. hehe. Happy tummy! Then we head to her home and had some rest, exchanged some runningman episodes and soon after, Hazreen joined in! She came to the house and thought it ws short, it was nice to be together again.
After hazreen went home, syira started packing her bags. Then eha and syira had a nap, i was tempted to sleep as well but i managed to keep myself awake. I want to be tired. Because i want to sleep in the train later tonight.
At around 8pm the taxi came and off we went to padang jawa station again. It was the same taxi as the one we had earlier in the morning. Eha and i were kinda hope that the taxi driver wouldnt recognize us. I mean come on, wouldnt u feel awkward if the driver noticed that we are the same girls whom he took to the menara, with the same luggage. He must be wondering, what are they doing? Carrying luggage around...
In the taxi, the driver asked eha, 'balik kampung?'. Hah! He doesnt recognize us... fuh. Hehe.
We arrived at KL Sentral about an hour before our train schedule so we had some dinner. While that was happening, Hazirah called and she came to meet up with us. She'll be joining the train trip. So now, from 2, it became 4 pax.
At around 10pm we took our seats on the train. And soon, JB we went!
